My story
Where it began
I grew up in a small town in Maharashtra, in a typical Marathi middle-class family. I finished my schooling and junior college there, then moved to Pune for my undergraduate studies.
Those early years taught me the value of hard work, discipline and doing things properly. I’ve carried those values into every role I’ve held since.
Building a career in finance
After my B.Com, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAI. That was the start of a career that now spans more than 30 years in audit, finance and wealth management.
I never stopped learning. I studied strategic finance at IIM Ahmedabad, earned CFI’s Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) credential, completed professional trading programmes in the US and gained CISI’s Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management in the UK.
Leading today
Today I’m Managing Director of MBK Auditing in Dubai, a full-service audit and business advisory firm. We help businesses with audits, due diligence, feasibility studies, company formation and VAT.
I also serve on the board of GMN International, a global network of independent audit and tax advisory firms, where I was previously [Chairman / Vice Chairman — confirm]. The role keeps me close to how finance is practised around the world, and it gives MBK’s clients trusted partners wherever they do business.

Teaching is the part of my work I enjoy most. As a certified trainer, I help finance professionals, business owners and individual investors understand money with clarity: how to read accounts, value a business, manage risk and build long-term wealth.
I’ve also co-authored a paper on investment strategies [add title], and I share practical insights regularly on LinkedIn.
A world of perspective
I’ve explored more than 50 countries across four continents. Travel keeps me curious, and it reminds me that good business looks different everywhere but always rests on trust.
